untrue
that interscope press release is untrue. i got the following email from the author of it: that press release is NOT true. i wrote it. i made it up using some confirmed facts and some believable stuff. i have absolutely no connection to Interscope records (other than i own a bunch of CDs from them). sometimes at night when you've had a couple drinks ideas seem better than they really are. i sincerely apologize for any and all trouble that it may have caused, it won't happen again. (at least i got people to stop asking when a new nin album would be coming out for a day or so...) freak. not to mention the email address was inknown at interscope records, the news article originated from a 3rd party, and chris randall (of smg) says it's untrue: To tell you the honest truth, I have absolutely no idea why that would even be a rumour. I've only met Trent once, and that was in 1991. Where on earth did you hear that, if you don't mind me asking? so there. thanks everyone for telling me.
